Please read our referral criteria below. We are currently accepting referrals for individuals:

• 14 years and over
• with a psychosocial disability or a mental health diagnosis, Autism, ADHD, Intellectual Disability

*Please Note: If you currently have an NDIS Plan, we are currently only able to deliver services to Self-managed or Plan-managed participants.
